A Certified Spiritual Life Coach (CSLC) is a person whom has gone through rigorous training in psycho-spiritual exercises. CSLCs facilitate these exercises which lead to clients FEELING their way through life. Certified Spiritual Life Coaches probe what lies in the subconscious so that it can be surfaced, realized, and released. CSLCs teach you the steps to make your own transformations, and help you to create a life you’ve always imagined.

Are Spiritual Life Coaches Licensed Counselors?

No. Spiritual Life Coaches are not counselors. We are not here to diagnose or treat any mental health or psychological conditions. Spiritual life coaches are teachers who walk you through psycho-spiritual exercises, that surface your negative core beliefs, and also and teach you how to create the life you’ve always imagined. Spiritual life coaches help you learn to feel your way through life, and dismantle your EGO. What you believe about yourself is what you become.

How long does it take for me to transform my life with coaching sessions?

Spiritual transformation takes time— when you embark on the journey of spiritual transformation it must be understood that it takes time, discipline, and a hunger to change. Each day, time has to be dedicated to dis-creating what no longer serves you, as well as programming what is for you. A lot of the work is done alone, with my guidance. So though you are investing in me, you are investing priceless time into yourself. Most clients require 30 sessions, but it can take more, or less, depending on what is buried deep in your subconscious.

What is a Licensed Naturopathic Doctor?

A licensed Naturopathic Doctor is a Physician that has gone through rigorous training at an accredited, Naturopathic Medical School. Naturopathic Doctors believe in the healing powers of nature combined with the support of science. They are also trained in physical medicine, botanicals, pharmaceuticals, counseling and homeopathy.
